In spring 2024, the rebuilt "Altes Bräuhaus" opened its doors as a hotel-restaurant. Look forward to 32 modernly furnished rooms in two buildings. A traditional restaurant with terrace. Three event rooms for conference guests and celebrations as well as a vaulted cellar for special occasions are available to our guests.

Very good accommodation, especially if you are also traveling by bike.

An excellent, newly built hotel. Technically and equipment-wise on a first-class level. Warmly and personally managed by the tenants. Very tasty food and extensive breakfast buffet. We have memorized the address and will come back if we are looking for something in the area. Thank you very much.

Perfect for city vacations in Gaildorf. No. 1 in town

Very well-kept new building. The rooms are functional and equipped with smart technology. The wooden shutters on the windows look chic, but are only partially user-friendly The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful weekend next to the Old Castle

The quiet location right next to the old castle; both the single room and the sanitary facilities in the recently renovated building were spacious, both with natural light; the lighting and air conditioning can be easily controlled with modern electronics; the breakfast was good and plentiful. The breakfast/restaurant area is open and bright, the service very friendly.

Tradition Meets Modernity

With the reconstruction of the "Altes Bräuhaus," we aim to revitalize the Schenkenstadt Gaildorf. Located directly on the Kocher Jagst cycle path, amidst the hikeable Swabian Forest, the cozy restaurant, with a total of 50 seats and a terrace in the summer, offers time to relax and enjoy.

In the floors above the restaurant, there are single and double rooms, and in the attic, there is also a family room. An underground tunnel connects the restaurant building with the second building, allowing overnight guests to conveniently access their rooms. For guests arriving by car, there is an underground parking garage with 24 spaces available.

Vaulted Cellar

A special highlight awaits you with our vaulted cellar, accessible by elevator. The only preserved part of the brewery has been meticulously restored. Up to 28 guests can participate in wine tastings or host smaller private celebrations here in an extraordinary atmosphere.

Seminar and Conference Rooms

The hotel features three seminar rooms for meetings and conferences. With movable walls, there is the possibility to flexibly adjust and expand the seminar area, combine rooms, or fully open them up. Up to 80 people can gather here, and this space can also be used for special events. As hosts, we are happy to assist you with the planning.
